Navidium is a shipping insurance company that offers complete protection for Rising Sun FPV shipments and orders. Simply add Navidium to your cart at checkout to safeguard against any unforeseen hiccups that may arise.

Navidium is a shipping insurance company that covers packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged in transit. Navidium ensures that customers get what they paid for, and allows for easy reordering with one simple click.
Q: HOW DO I FILE A CLAIM FOR A LOST, STOLEN, OR DAMAGED PACKAGE?
You can file a claim by contacting our customer support team here with details about your order. A representative of our customer support team will be happy to resolve any issue for you.
Q: DOESN’T Rising Sun FPV COVER LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES THROUGH THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE?
At RSFPV, we take customer happiness very seriously and always try our best to resolve issues for our customers as quickly as possible. But by purchasing shipping insurance with Navidium, completing a claim is easier, faster, and helps get any shipping issues resolved as quickly as possible.
Q: WHAT IF MY PACKAGE GETS LOST, AND NAVIDIUM REPLACES IT BY ORDERING ANOTHER NEW PRODUCT FOR ME, AND THEN THAT PACKAGE GETS LOST. DOES NAVIDIUM COVER THAT TOO?
Yes! Any replacement orders that are placed by Navidium are still insured by Navidium.
PLEASE NOTE THAT ANY ORDER THAT IS LOST OR DAMAGED IN TRANSIT WHERE THE CUSTOMER HAS NOT PURCHASED Navidium Shipping Protection. WILL NOT BE COVERED BY RISING SUN FPV FOR ANY DAMAGES OR LOST ITEMS CAUSED. WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND THAT YOU PURCHASE Navidium Shipping Protection.
Domestic Shipping
All orders placed from the Townsville warehouse are dispatched the same business day* from Townsville North Queensland Australia between 1500 - 1600 (excluding public holidays or holidays we have specified that we are closed) if Auspost has been selected as the shipping method.
Order placement closes at 1500 for all orders.
Aramex Shipping cut off is 1300 on Weekdays.
DHL is next business day pick up.
All orders placed from the Canberra warehouse are dispatched the next business day* from Canberra ACT Australia (excluding public holidays or holidays we have specified that we are closed) if Auspost has been selected as the shipping method.
Batteries and Dangerous Goods Shipping
By ordering batteries or other dangerous goods your order will be shipped by "ROAD ONLY" freighted instead of air. If you are out of state this can delay your order by around 1-2 days for major cities and longer for rural areas.
If a parcel is returned to sender due to an incorrect, incomplete address or not being claimed within shipping company time frame a $10 return to sender fee will be charged and postage to resend the parcel. In this case, we are not responsible to cover the extra cost to redeliver the parcel.
International
Please note we do not use the cheapest shipping methods with no tracking and Australia export freight is not exactly cheap. We highly recommend purchasing route shipping insurance and choosing DHL as the courier as they are the best for international.
