Before starting any custom laser cutting or engraving project, we offer a consultation service to review your design, materials, and production requirements.
This ensures the best possible results and accurate quoting for time, materials, and finishing.

Your consultation fee covers:

• Design review and material suitability assessment

• Setup and test cutting (if required)

• File preparation guidance

Our Laser Systems

1. Thunder Laser Aurora Lite

A compact, professional-grade 30W–60W fiber and diode laser system, perfect for high-detail engraving and precision cutting on a wide range of materials.

Working Area: 150 × 150 mm (≈ 5.9″ × 5.9″)
Table Size: approx. 375 × 288 mm (≈ 14.7″ × 11.3″)

Cutting Capabilities:

• Acrylic (cast/extruded) – up to 8 mm

• Wood (plywood, MDF, bamboo, hardwoods) – up to 6 mm

• Leather & fabrics – clean, precise cuts

• Paper & cardboard – detailed cutting

• Rubber (stamp-grade only) – custom stamps

• Plastics (excluding PVC/Polycarbonate) – signage and panels

Engraving Capabilities:

• Wood, leather, acrylic, rubber

• Painted or anodised metals (aluminium, stainless, brass)

• Powder-coated surfaces and painted steel

• Glass (surface marking only)

• Slate, ceramic tiles, coated mugs

⚠️ Note: The Aurora Lite cannot cut metal but can engrave coated or anodised surfaces.
Material suitability will be confirmed during your consultation.

2. LZRMN 80 W CO₂ Laser Cutter

A robust, large-format 80 W CO₂ laser system designed for high-precision cutting and engraving of organic and synthetic materials.

Working Bed Size: 600 × 400 mm
Controller: Ruida 6445 (LightBurn compatible)
Features: Air assist, water-cooled tube, honeycomb or blade bed, motorised table.

Cutting Capabilities:

• Acrylic (cast/extruded) – 8 to 10 mm (depending on setup)

• Wood (plywood, MDF, hardwood veneer) – up to 12 mm

• Leather, fabric, foam & paper products

• Certain plastics (excluding PVC & polycarbonate)

• Coated composites and laminates

Engraving Capabilities:

• Wood, leather, acrylic, and coated plastics

• Glass (surface etch marking)

• Anodised metals (marking only)

• Signage materials foam, laminate, composite panels

⚠️ Cautions:

• Not suitable for cutting thick steel or bare metals.

• Avoid PVC and polycarbonate due to toxic fumes appropriate ventilation is mandatory.

Your session includes:

• Up to 30 minutes of design and material discussion (in-person or online)

• Material testing (if required)

• File format advice (SVG, DXF, AI, PDF preferred)

• Detailed quotation for production work
