Pilot Name and why:

 FreeSpeed – When I was into cars I would strip unnecessary weight as a cheap mod to help the car go faster or replace parts with lighter versions.  Hence ‘Free Speed”.  It also used to be FreeSpeed Racing then shortened to FS*R now its just stuck as FreeSpeed.

How long have you been flying FPV: 2.5 years.

Tips for those getting into FPV:

Find a friend who has quality gear and works and copy their build.  That way it will be easy to work on and trouble shoot.  Then just get out and fly as much as you can.  I’ve never been into sims that much as I don’t find them realistic enough. But they do help with muscle memory.

Achievements:

Traveling around the world with my quad. Diving waterfalls in Whistler, Diving the Rockies, Flying the infamous Vancouver bridge where Rotor Riot got in the shit. But flying the spot where Ummagwd learnt matty flips and doing some of my first Matty flips there as well. Flying in Scotland Antonine Wall and 1800 year old park built by the Romans.  Flying the viaduct out of the Harry Potter films.
